Barebottle is what one should expect of a brewery today. Delicious beers with wonderful options. Including many sour ales. Food truck is there after 3pm. Games, brewing facility.....it's the whole package.

This is my favorite brewery for so many reasons! The first and most important reason is the beer. They regularly have ~20 offerings, really something for everyone. My wife prefers lighter beers, which they have; her friend we often meet there prefers fruited sours: check; and I like the heavier stuff, from IPAs to boozy stouts, and Bare Bottle does all of this masterfully. There are always several excellent IPAs (including doubles and triples) on draft, and wintertime appears to be when some of the most wonderful chocolatey stouts come out. It's all joyous. And they do robustly sized tasting flights. I am happy to go to a brewery for just the beer, but the rotating food truck system they have at Bare Bottle makes me even happier. The El Fuego food truck is a frequent flyer (which we semi-stalk), but there are trucks with burgers, bowls, Mediterranean, etc. There is always something great to eat to complement the great things to drink. Finally, the ambiance is wonderful! They are dog-friendly and kid-friendly, which enables people with two- or four-legged dependents who might not otherwise be able to grab a couple pints to do so. The venue is also vast, with a spacious indoor area (great for rainy days) and a small outdoor space. There are TVs that frequently show sports (which draws a crowd) and one time they were showing "The Shining", which I really appreciated as a non-football fan. Anyway, this place is great!
