Had a run in with a car on my bike during the week on the way home. It was rideable but the back rim was bent. Rode it to the shop around 5:30p and was instantly greeted by the only worker inside. Asked what was up and inspected. Told me I needed to replace the rim and he had some options. Picked a rim out and he told me he may be able to get it done that night if not by the next day. I get a call an hour later to pick it up. Overall an efficient, super quick experience and nothing to complain about. Will probably go back to here to get future things done.

One of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The person working in the store was one of the rudest people. I just purchased a bike and needed a bike lock and pump. I went into the store and after spending about 30 seconds looking over some items, the guy very rudely told me to leave the store with no explanation. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. To top it off, the owner doesn’t care about providing good customer service at all. If you look at the negative reviews you’ll see that they put forth no effort to apologize or better the stores reputation as other businesses do. Reference attachment. Don’t give them your business.
