The students seem somewhat scared these days. Ive gone here in the past and the students seemed fine. I had a rejuvenating facial with botanical resurfacing with student Alyssa and it was great. She did a good job and my skin felt great afterward. I think its important to go to students so they can practice on people before going out on their own. I got some calming serum afterward that she recommended and its good quality and made in the USA. Their check-in process needs major work though! Youll see what I mean when you go there.

Is this place even real? Does it exist? You cant make appointments online. You cant make appointments through the app. If you call them they do not answer the phone, and there is not even an option to leave a message. ?????

Just had a fabulous haircut with Luci. They're educators were Amber & Emma. Luci was great. Gave me exactly what I asked for & didn't talk my ear off. Thanks so much, everyone!

It was nice while it lasted, and I'm sad that I have to leave them for good only because the appointments are no longer reliable. I was a loyal customer for about 10 yrs. until this last few months, when they have left me stranded three times without an appointment. I mean, I scheduled the appointment, but they canceled my appointment 2 days before my appointment so I was left to deal with my hair all on my own. They were courteous enough to pay for my follow up appointment, but you know what, getting the appointment to me is more important than getting a free hair color on my next appt so I'm done. They're no longer reliable and I just don't trust them anymore ‍

This review has nothing to do with the hair stylists, which have been great most of the time, but this review has to do with the Salon itself, because they have left me stranded without an appointment three times within the last six months so Im pretty much done with them. Whats worse is that they tell me of the cancellation two days before my appointment which left me stranded looking around for another Salon. Most hair dressers are great, but the Salon needs to get it together and be more reliable on their appointments
