Had my JBL EON615 repaired under warranty here. They said it could take a couple months to get any parts they need from JBL but turns out it didn't need parts and they had it all fixed in less than a week!

I was absolutely thrilled with the professionalism and expertise of this small, local company. I was in charge of a Literary Festival that had multiple speakers in a variety of formats over two days. Chris at JK Sound responded promptly to my inquiry and we spoke on the phone regarding my needs that afternoon. He sent a detailed contract for a quite reasonable price. The service only got better! The technician who was with us for two straight days, Colin Babich, was terrific. He brought everything necessary and was immediately responsive to any request. He was genuinely friendly to everyone and completely engaged in this rather staid event. I cannot think of any way that this company could have improved its service!

Chris Campanella from JK Sound is just amazing. My then fiancé reached out to him in November, just two months before our wedding, and Chris was so responsive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We ended up renting a loudspeaker system, two mics, a digital mixing console, and dance floor lighting. The cost was incredibly reasonable considering the final total included not just the rental, but the set-up and breakdown labor, an attendant on site, and transportation.About a month before the wedding, Chris made time to come out to meet us at our venue to do a walkthrough. What made this special? Our venue only allowed for viewing on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 pm to 8 pm. Though based in San Francisco, he was there before 6:30 pm and proceeded to walk through the dining room to check outlets and power sources, get a sense of the acoustics of the room, etc. On the day of the wedding, Chris was the one in attendance and the sound and lighting was absolutely perfect. From our entrance and first dance songs, to the music playing during dinner, to the 2.5 hour dancefloor playlist - everything was super crisp (never too loud/too soft). My then fiance made a playlist and downloaded it to a laptop and it worked seamlessly with the sound and lighting equipment. During dancing, Chris wordlessly turned down the chandelier lighting so that the lighting from JK Sound could really shine. The strobe lighting to the beat drops was so memorable. A lot of my cousins had fun getting up on stage and pretending to be DJs lol. All in all, would highly recommend JK Sound for your sound and lighting needs!

Great shop for repair of vintage professional audio equipment. Henry Wu is a fine electronics repair guy. He fixed several of my studio JBL speakers.

I rented a speaker and a bass on the day of and the team was AMAZING! They got back to me, were accommodating for the return, and really helped to make make sure I knew how to set up everything on my own. The team was friendly. Loved them!
