The building is really old. Management is not doing anything to renovate it. Also, the walls are paper thin and sound isolation is non-existent, you will hear everything what your neighbors do. I believe most tenants have been here for a very long time, and are probably paying only half or one third of what management is asking for the units now a days. Security is poor, packages get stolen all the time, most likely by other tenants, so you shouldn't get anything delivered to this address. I have already lost too much money because of this. Property Management doesn't really care, and is not doing anything to secure the building or protect the tenants. I am afraid of using the Laundromat for the same reason. I would recommend you to stay away.

The place is horrible. I don’t know how I lived here for a few year. First The is no air flow in most the apartments. So it gets hot a stuffy fast. The building could care less about you. I had my door buzz break and a leak They sent a guy he looked at it for 10 mins said he couldn’t fix it. Never came back. One day all of a sudden no one had any hot water. The building broke it while fixing something else but then let all tenants sit with out hot water for 2 day’s because they are so cheap they wouldn’t pay of a real plumber to come and fix it. It is a great location. But not worth it and they are jacking up the rent. I’d never pay what they are charging now Stay away. Not worth it.
