        Been a customer for 15 yrs. Things have changed. It might be that most of the manicurists are older and tired. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I go for a particular person, Lani. But you really need to have thick skin to stay quiet to rudeness if you want your service done. I know everyone there and politeness and kindness is not their strongest. I’m not sorry for being too honest. Creativity, if you know about nails and all is decent. Your lucky when you get these people in a good attitude. * if your older I do see they tend to be a little nicer. NOT WITH YOUNG PPL.
