It's been so cold & I had my heater stop working. I called Advanced & they had a technician at my house that same day. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly & the repair was done within the hour. I've never had a company be this efficient with their service. Thank you again Advanced for the awesome service!

What an awesome service , the experience was great from beginning to end . I was filled in on every aspect of my repair . Eddie came out and was well mannered and knowledgeable . I'm diffenetly sticking with advanced air for all my future hvac calls .

They were sent out through my insurance to see why my AC was not reaching downstairs. After they diagnosed the problem, my insurance told me it's not covered. So I asked them how much it would cost to fix it out of my own pocket. They said they need me to pay $150 to send someone out to take a look at the problem again. How does that make sense? You already sent someone out through the insurance but because you want to make an extra buck, you want to send another person out to diagnose the same problem? Crooks.

Had a great experience with Advanced Plumbing and Air Conditioning. They did a really good job installing my sisters AC so I thought I would try them out. They were really honest about my situation and offered a solution at a reasonable price. They even did an inspection of my electrical components on the AC before they left. I was able to talk with the owner Craig, and he definitely know his stuff. Lupe was also very friendly and understanding of my situation. It's really hard to find good A/C techs, but I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to get their A/C or heater fixed, inspected, or even installed.
