This studio is bumpin! In the heart of Pacific Beach San Diego, this Yoga Box was packed every time I visited over the course of a couple weeks during summer 2021. Each of the teachers was awesome! Great music, good heat, fun vibes -- what more do you want out of your yoga class? The flows were pretty challenging, especially in the late afternoon classes, when the energy was highest. Good for all levels though. Mostly a younger crowd, as you'd expect from the neighborhood, but very welcoming of me and my other 40-something year-old dad buddy and his 15-year old daughter!

I have done yoga over the years numerous times at various studios. If you need a good sweat and great vibes definitely check out Yoga box! Savanah is a great instructor that will push you to that next level, I will be adding this into my weekly routine!
