Ashley Blinds

I used Ashley Blinds and Al when we had Blinds put in our Mira Mesa home and was very pleased. When we moved to our new home, I used him again. Not at all pleased. The slats are not even and they didn't measure or install correctly. Even the cords are not even. When our Blinds are open... they look bent. We even had him come out to our house again because of incorrect measurements, he re-measured and ordered a couple new blinds.... one of the Blinds was ordered incorrectly again. Not the same quality and very cheaply made. When I contacted him, I just heard excuses. Would never buy from him again. Next time I will pay the extra $$$.

Excellent customer service from start to finish -- Best prices on top quality products -- Dedication to customer satisfaction that lasts long after sales are made -- Of course I call Al each time we want to cover another window. Of course I recommend his company's services and products to all who admire our home.

I moved into a 15 year old house recently, and my Hunter Douglas Luminettes (2) looked like they were there all the time. They are beautiful and expensive, but the mechanicals broke after a while (not at the same time). I suspect the previous owners knew to open and close them extra gently; I treated them like regular blinds. Todd returned them to me yesterday, hung them up for me, and voila, I am back in beautiful business. The Luminettes are as beautiful as ever, work flawlessly, and the price he charged me was very reasonable. Thank you Todd.
