Superior Water

Our sales consultant Christen was so helpful answered all of our questions because we are replacing our Life Source system with Waterboy 2000 , the installer Rowan was on time explained the system to me and went to work taking out the old system and installing the new systems, he was fast and efficient after installing we wasted our hands in the new system water and it was truly amazing you can feel the difference he set it to back wash that night the new morning we are all good to go from start to finish this company and all of there staff are outstanding. Superior water is amazing I have The Waterboy filters at both my office warehouse and home. And I can't imagine having to go back to the terrible hard chlorinated water that San Diego has to offer. The chlorine is gone and the water is delicious.. I believe the technician's name was Tommy great plumber very knowledgeable and did an amazing job.. Thank you so much Superior water you guys are amazing..!!

Excellent service started with our sales staff from Julia Hays, Jade to schedule the appointment for the install, to the installers placing the unit in our garage where the shut of valve is located. All did a "Superior" job just like their name states "Superior Water". This is what develops a great company from product knowledge to installing the unit. With years of experience from this company gave us positive feedback to purchase their product. We've had the unit for a couple of weeks now and the water condition couldn't come at a perfect time. Water is much cleaner throughout our home and is drinkable as well

We went with Waterboy Whole House Systems by Superior water, because of their superior 5 stage filters, 10-year valve warranty and no maintenance required for 10-15 years. Joe Carlisi, their sales manager, came by our house to give us a quote and was a pleasure to work with. He was not pushy and realistic with what their Waterboy could and couldnt do. He also reassured us that their installer, George, could route a drain line throughout our garage to our sink drain line (because we wanted the backwash system). The Waterboy is not a cheap system; we ended up spending 5k on our Waterboy 2000 SXT system (install included). But their competitors were anywhere from 25 to 50% more expensive and required a water softener that you had to put salt into. We liked how the water boy system didnt need salt and could backwash itself once a week for 10-20 mins to clean the carbon media. George and his crew were great when installing our system. He did a beautiful job routing the drain line seen in the pictures up and behind our garage header to our laundry sink drain line so it could backwash. The installation process came with a couple of hiccups, but nothing George couldnt handle. So far, after having it for a couple of days, we are happy with the water that the Waterboy produces. I have included pictures of a water test kit that shows that our PPM went from 523 to 250. And 0 chlorine in our water anymore! We are so happy to know that our appliances, pipes, cooking, showering, and brushing our teeth are now chlorine free. The system did backwash for the first time and it wasnt too loud and lasted for 16 minutes. George recommended doing it at 10pm because we wouldnt have enough water pressure for showering but enough to brush our teeth. We liked Joe. George was a great job on the install. Comes with a 10-year warranty and will last 10-15 years if you get the backwash system. Our water isnt perfect at 0ppm but we could cut the PPM in half and reduce all the bad chemicals with no maintenance and a nice warranty. A big plus is the Waterboy 2000 XST doesnt take up much space in our garage, which is nice! Thanks, Superior Water! We would recommend the Waterboy System.
