Super impressed with the level of service I received at this store. I wondered in during Christmas vacation, and had my eye on a blue navitimer. I waited a few months before finially pulling the trigger. Evelyn took great care of me, even though I was in a different state. She even gifted me a 2nd leather strap that I really wanted. She made the entire process such a pleasure, and her communication was awesome. I will definitely shop here again, next time I'm in town.

Excelent Service! Was helped above and beyond. Evelyn very helpfull, the other gentlement that I did not catch his name also very helpfull and the manager top notch. For sure will buy.

It seems every time I go to this Breitling Boutique I end up buying a watch. They have a good inventory and the service is excellent. I work with Evelyn who is an amazing person to work with very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. So far I have had a great experince.

I really dont know how to write Im very bad with sharing my experience. but since I entered the store and talk to Gabriel I was impressed with his customer service skills oh my god finally I met a real honest humble and respectful salesman. He is so professional and educated with many watches brand not just breitling.Im a collector and I own many brands and its very hard for me to like any watch but cause of Gabriel and the way he was dealing with me I decided to buy a 2 watches right away. One of the watches was on hold for another customer but he promised me he will get me one soon. And he talked to the manger and I was impressed with the manager (Nate)as well. Such a very humble and friendly person. He spent with me a long time without pushing or forcing to buy anything. Im very happy and totally satisfied with the customer service and everyone in the store also evylen was so sweet

Excellent Service! First the manager made sure the watch I wanted was available for me. Then he explained proper care with some do's and don'ts. The best was when I wanted a specific watch band, he was able to swap the bands with another watch so I could have exactly what I wanted. Breitling is a great buy!
