        These guys will cheat you, flat out. I have a small claims case against them on May 30th for breach of contract. I have met another man that just won his case against them last month and I have been picketing their locations since January and met many others cheated by them. The DMV and San Diego city attorney has a number of cases filed against them!! Trust me do your homework. Check with the BBB they have an F rating and the owner Jose Mendoza plead GUILTY to a crime against his own customers in 2011. These guys are thieves!!!
