Ignores phone calls during business hours. Bad customer service.

Let me say that this location is not as good as the one near SDSU, the staff change their minds and mislead people. At least they mislead me into repairing a small tear near the corner of my textbook. "Bring it back after you fix it" they said, so i go home fix it and bring it back to find that the same guy who told me he would take the repaired book tells me they dont want it still. yet they told me otherwise, i had my girlfriend take the textbook to the SDSU location and they took the book without second thought. What a rip off, way to show no support to community college students. I would give one star but dont want people to disregard the review. Sell on amazon or anywhere else.

The prices were exactly the same as the bookstore, and the checkers are very rude. After I told the girl 3 times that I didn't want to give her my e-mail or phone number, she told me she "had to put something in". I don't remember any law that requires me to give you my personal information in order to make a purchase. Very dissatisfied.
