        2 hours late for my 81 year old grandmother!! The clinic had to call several times before anyone even answered..I had to leave work and go pick her up personally(45 min drive for me). Unacceptable. I would give less stars if i could.

        Late again,poor scheduling, and do not have a real dispatch at ALL .our patients are always late from here to their nearby appointment.
