VanGo advertises "no price surge" and yet when asked about a raise in prices, they were unable to accommodate a quote I received just a few weeks ago. I understand that gas prices have increased, but it is incredibly unprofessional to deny a prospective client of a previous quote. I have heard good things about the driver experience, but I agree with other reviews that customer service needs a LOT of work.

Vango makes it as hard as possible to ask a question or get a price quote. --To ask a question, they tell you to click a "chat" link. That link takes you to the home page of a chat company that is trying to sell you their service. It does NOT allow you to have any chat online to get answers to questions. --To get a quote, you start filling out a form that is actually a reservation form. No, I'm not trying to makea reservation, I want to know what it's going to cost first. You know, comparison shopping? And there's no way I'm giving my address and other information to an outfit that DOESN'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER on their website. I kept trying to figure out how to get a simple price quote but there wasn't a way to do it, so I finally gave up. Luckily I found a good alternative. It's interesting that all the other reviews on Google are 5 stars, since another review site is loaded with poor reviews that appear credible.
