Update: SO not to long after I posted the original review on here I got a call from the lady that supposedly works in the office (even though nobody ever answers the phone) Stating they never received my grandmothers information. Funny because I helped her enter the information/request on the actual website. Then I was told that she never got the voicemails (there were several) that we left. Not only that but she had a MAJOR and I mean major attitude problem. Kept asking me am I sure she did it correctly and submitted it. Yes my grandmother is 85 years old and can use a cell phone, clean her entire house, fix a cable issue and can use a computer very efficiently. Plus I helped her do it and can guarantee she submitted it correctly. Insisting it was a human error on our part. I explained that this is not cool as she has had to cancel several appointments because of this screw up. It had been 3 weeks since our first request online for a driver form this company. When she asked if my grandmother was still interested I already knew the answer but I said she should call her anyways LOL So that's just what she did. Now my grandmother is not combative or aggressive and shes 85 so she just wanted help as I now have a full time job and cannot help during the week. Let me tell you these people running this thing have ZERO business being in the industry of customer service. It's one thing to be rude to me because i'm way younger than anyone in this organization management. But it's a completely different thing when you are being disrespectful and aggressive with my grandmother. I will be reaching out to the better business bureau and reporting their disrespectful manner in how they treat people. This lady had the nerve to once again blame my grandmother and tell her it was her fault and that she didn't do it correctly and it was not a mistake on their end! All while having an excessive amount of anger. I listening to the conversation and her behavior was absolutely disgraceful. My grandmother is 85 years old and had to end up in tears because the lady was yelling at her and telling her she was wrong and didn't do things correctly! Thanks to my marketing skills I'll be sure to spread the word all over.
So both my grandmother and I have reached out tho these people several times in order to get something set up for my grandmother as I work full time and she needs someone to take her to appts and such. We've both spoken to the office lady and left several voicemail messages. No contact after we filled out all forms online and have left several voicemails each. This comparison not well organized or helpful. We really don't appreciate this type of behavior and lack of professionalism. As my grandmother has had to cancel several appointments as it's Ben almost a month since our initial contact with them. Seriously disappointing in something that should have been so great. Very rude
