Corinthian Title Company

I had a terrible experience with this title company. They were poor communicators, dropped the ball on multiple things causing the closing date to push back 6 days, one day at a time. The worst part of my experience was finding out late Friday night Scott Parks did not understand the proper way to file easement/encroachment paperwork. The city denied the documentation and I was left homeless over the weekend with my family and four dogs. I incurred even more expense having to find hotels, reschedule movers, etc. My realtor reached out to Scott several times to discuss the issues and has received no response. There is several great title companies around the area, this is not one of them.

I have had the pleasure of working with Steb for a few years now. He is such a hard worker and truly puts in 110% all of the time. I know I can always count on him. I highly recommend him for all of your Title needs!

Finished closing on a house, and my experience with Corinthian was awful. I had to follow up with the Escrow Officer (Yadira Wise) multiple times to get answers to my questions, they fumbled getting the Notary Public assigned for signing the papers, and I didn't get Wiring Instructions until the day-of (when I had asked days in advance), which put me in a tight spot trying to wire money immediately from a bank during Covid. But the worst botch was finding out that my new home wasn't insured for 10 days because Escrow miscalculated the money needed for my Home Insurance Premium, and had poor communication follow up. If you have the opportunity to select your Title company as a Buyer OR Seller, I would stay clear of this company. I cannot recommend Corinthian Title.
