The new policy's make me not want to come here anymore. Its being run like a Good Will, there is a reason I refuse to shop at the Good Will. Prices have gone way up, discounts have been taken away. Walking around you can hear people talking about how awful the new changes are. Hopefully they realize this wont work and go back to how it used to be. Real sad since this was my favorite place to shop, not anymore.

The store has recently undergone a management change, which seems to be negatively impacting their customer service. I purchased clothing for my family, totaling $80, and specifically asked the sales associate at the checkout if I could return items that didnt fit within 24 hours, as indicated by a sign near the counter. The associate did not correct my understanding and simply nodded, leading me to believe returns were possible within that timeframe. Unfortunately, the store lacks dressing rooms, so I had to return five items that didnt fit. Upon my return, a different associate informed me that the 24-hour return policy only applied to electronics, contradicting what I was previously told. Despite the misunderstanding at the point of sale, the staff was unhelpful and mentioned that the new management was unable to assist. They suggested I return the following day when the senior manager would be present, but my calls went unanswered. Its clear that the store not only lacks basic facilities like dressing rooms but also fails to address customer issues effectively. I advise against spending your time and money here.
