Bought a Gold rope chain from this establishment. Since the first time I stepped foot in this store I have been treated like family. I went on vacation and my chain broke. When I got back, there was no hesitation or pushback when it came to getting the chain fixed. They were eager to make sure my chain was fixed and returned to me as soon as possible. The service is unmatched! I cant wait to continue growing my jewelry collection through The Vault Jeweler.

I usually never write reviews, but this is an exception. I have been scammed out of my money and watch. Since October 2023 (now February 15 2024) I left my Rolex with Fernando Gallegos, and I havent been payed. Ive only received $500 of the $3800 he promised to give me. He always says hell be giving me the rest of the payment but never does he always has an excuse. I told him I would return the $500 hes given me and Ill take my watch back as it was originally but theres never answer to that as well.

Fernando is as professional as friendly, he helped me pick an engagement ring for my now wife, along our wedding bands. I was please to do business with him as he was recommended to me by a mutual friend. Ill gladly go back to make more purchases in the future!
