        This store doesn't deserve a 1/4 of a star, but you have to give one to post on here. Yesterday, I went in to purchase an iPhone. I was in the store for 15 mins and wasn't even acknowledged. Today, with the Manager & Assistant manager in the store same thing. Customer services is non-existent in this store. The manager tries to justify the lack of customer service. Anthony (manager) you are clearly the reason this store lacks good customer service. Thanks for nothing !!!

        If you are waiting for service, don't go to this store! I have never been so badly received as in this place. First, the lack of willingness to serve the customer is so explicit that you feel bad. I was going to do two upgrades and leave a good $ for T-Mobile but the bad service made me give up. The attendant asked me to come back the other day because they were going to close within an hour ( two hours left for the store to close) and there wouldn't be time, I came back the other day and they didn't "have a system" all this with such an evident face of discouragement and once again they asked to come back the next day day but I already gave up.

        good customer service. jesus took his time to solve the issue of setting up an account even when it wasn't straight forward. other tmobile locations were not as helpful. thank for your help

        Elliott at team mobile changed my Sim card as he said that was the reason I was having connection problems. He was knowledgeable and very helpful.
