T-Mobile - Closed

This T-mobile location is in the best location. Plenty of parking and reps are awesome. Carlo was a big help and fully informed with my new purchases and new promotions.

The manager Carlo had a terrible attitude. He seemed miserable and gave bad customer service. I’ve always had a good experience at Tmobile up until I went to this store. I will never return to this store as long as that manager is there.

Super poor customer service from manager. The girl at the front was helpful but the manager wouldnt come out from the back.

Great service. Fatima welcome you as soon as you enter and provide great service with a smile and cordiality. I had bad experience with the other store earlier that day located in Balboa and Genesee. So I decided to come into this location. Im Sprint Customer and I need to swap my Sim card to Tmobile in order to get better signal. Fatima is very well customer oriented and knowledgeable about the service. This Branch vey lucky to have such dedicated employee like her. 5 star all the way for her service...you Rock!
