The young lady working the front is amazing. For some one her age  to understand the value of the customer experience and deliver remarkable customer service skills is a breath of fresh air. I've been coming here for 37 years and the food and customer service has been top notch. This family business , generation after generation has been amazing!

Stopped in yesterday. Guys you must do better..... this goes in the worst category. We couldn't figure out if it was sour cream and green food dye or mayo and food dye..... to forge a guacamole. You should be arrested. Shut it down.... Regroup! Reopen under new menu and quality control. This is San Diego guys the capital of Mexican food and this is embarrassing to have in our community. Get it together! You have opportunity to be great why would you settle for less? Is the owner alive? What are you thinking? Shut it down or get it right. I pray the next time I pass by I see a sign saying new menu or new management! Best Mexican food in the area! We took a couple bites just to understand what was in front of us..... we tossed it. Terrible. Get the point

This has to be the worst and overpriced Mexican food I've ever had. Ordered nachos and got movie theater nachos. With nacho cheese instead of shredded melted cheese, runny "guacamole", and burnt chips. That's it. No sour cream, no pico, nor beans. Husband got a surf and turf burrito with mediocre ingredients as well. Super over priced. Stay away

I ordered a cheese quesadilla, and it was amazing after hiking Cowles Mountain. I also left my phone, and they were nice enough to bring it inside and save it for me.
