Dr. Eros and her team including PA Amanda, PA Debbie, nurse Natalia, front desk staff, and everyone else at Metro Family are caring, thorough, and excellent listeners! You are heard here! I am a long time patient because Dr. Eros, et al, leaves no stone unturned - if you have a problem, she/they will not stop till an answer is found. Its so reassuring and I am totally comfortable with being honest with these doctors - they make me feel safe and heard. No judgements here - total professionals who care. 2/27/24 Update I saw PA Debbie Flores who Id last seen virtually a year ago and I felt seen & heard just like I always have been. Its so important to me that my doctors come in a spend time with me - they never spend less than 15 min with me, unlike my previous doctors. PA Debbie even referred to what Id previously talked with her about to check in with me. Thank you, PA Flores & the rest of Dr. Eross Team. I am so comfortable and healthier being under your care!
