Just awful Service is ridiculous signs always falling G over many times forgot to put them up unprofessional customer service reps. No local number always says closed I mean get it together this company has gone down hill over the 15 years and it’s just not worth it anymore to stay quality isn’t there. Sorry Dee Sign Company but you need better training of your employees just not acceptable!!

Wish I would've read the reviews before ordering! Signs take FOREVER to arrive and no sympathy shown over it. No customer service whatsoever.

Their service really went downhill since the pandemic... holding sign inventory hostage. Nobody's ever there to allow access to our own signs. Also it's taking three and four days to order down a sign. I know the pandemic has made things a little harder but they've gone too far. It's basically like the Bank of America of sign companies. Too big and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Try Cal signs instead in El Cajon
