Great experience working with Miramar Sign Works on a recent project for a new office. Allison was our project manager and did a fantastic job from start to finish, from explaining design considerations to scheduling the installation. This was my first time specifying a large sign and she made the process as easy as possible. The final sign looks fantastic and really makes our brand stand out. I will certainly use them again in the future.

We recently rebranded our Coffee Ambassador Lounge and our Ambassador Showrrrom . Andrea did a superb job in not just the creative aspects, but walked the job all the way through to meet our budget and timelines. We are in the service business and Andrea and her Team not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. Great people to work with!

I emailed for a quote, including the number of signs, dimensions, materials, and images needed. Andrea wrote back to ask why my number was not a San Diego number and wanted to come to the business location. I explained I was just the PA and the business was located in SD, would she please just quote it. She wrote back again asking questions that had been answered. I replied again clarifying information, asking a question....and she wrote back and told me to go to FastSigns, which is exactly what we're doing because their customer service was much better than here. If Andrea doesn't know what she's doing, or can't understand emails, perhaps she's better suited in another position, so another client doesn't have to wait all day on a quote that never comes.
