        Worst customer service I've ever experienced along with the tech support. Also the initial signing NOTHING was explained at all. No i did not read all the fine print, just moved in, working full time with a family. They really should have to mention certain things. Get a permit through the city..never knew? 3 year contract and alarm was shotty and never did they offer to help make it right UNTIL I wanted out of my month to month AFTER my contract was over! Criminal. Low down and greedy. My dog and ring are all anyone needs. Save your money and do it yourself. Learned the hard and expensive way.
