Trash company to work for. Don't listen to there ad pay rate $15-$17 you will get the lowest wage to get over worked 7days a week at El Camino Commons! If you go a couple of min over your work day. You will not get paid. I was scheduled 46hrs a week, getting paid 45hrs....what a joke Bob front desk is a joke! Along with the crook David and his schedulers misty & grace........they will leave you at a site & you will never here from them until they notice time Gaps on your SilverTrack reports. If you Quit they will deduct a day from your check. Overall sketchy trash company. Company vehicles aka patrol vehicles have a small sticker that says guardwest no real wrap or logos small baby company with 20 employees. Paid weekly. Horrible experiences. DO NOT APPLY FOR COMPANY.

Applied with this company to pick up a part time job on my days off from my full-time job. I got an interview rather quick with Bob. He instructed me to await for his phone calls. It is about a month and a half later and still no phone call. I have called the office twice even leaving voicemails and messages with the other young ladies that have answered the phone and both times I was told, "Bob will give you a call tomorrow". Tomorrow never came. I am kind of glad they didnt call me back. If this is the type of company they are, I rather not work for them. Can you imagine trying to call them about missing money out of your paycheck? I was calling and bugging for a job and they still couldnt get back to me. Better off going elsewhere.
