An order that should take 15 minutes too more than 1 hour.

I placed an order at around 11 and it was set to arrive at 11:55. After arriving a little earlier, I gave the workers my name and waited. I reminded the workers several times about my order. The first reply was that it was on its way. Second dude came and told me he did my order and it ended up somewhere else. The second guy proceeds to walk into the kitchen not doing anything about my order. After waiting another solid 10 minutes, the third worker came over, she offered me a full refund or she could make the sandwich "again". Turns out, they either haven't started in the first place, or they did it and it magically dissappeared. There is absolutely NO way im waiting 35 minutes just to get my money back. So she just did it on the spot in the span of 5 minutes. Crazy how a fast food sub chain makes me wait 35+ minutes for an order. If I were just to order from the line, I would've gotten it faster. I don't get why it takes so much effort to be even semi-organized.

Tuna sandwich, Mike's Way. Very fresh and fiiling, the whole wheat roll is light and fresh.
