I want to say thank you to La Mesa RV San Diego for our first Winnebago Solis 59P. The process was speedy and will help you on the way; primarily, we live in the L.A. area. Tom Scheulen, an internet sale, was quick to reply and send us pictures of what we would purchase. To Daisy Vasquez, thank you for showing us our Solis for the first time and explaining everything about the RV. She was very knowledgeable and answered everything. The finance, Leo Hatefi, thank you for being patient with us even though there was slight miscommunication but resolve it quickly and get us on the way.

After many months of searching online for the right RV and several trips to La Mesa RV I finally found it. The salesman, Ken, lead me right to the Roadtrek I asked about, was very knowledgeable and made the buying process easy, answered all my questions and helped me secure a good deal on a trade. Every aspect of the process was handled with professionalism and I could not be happier. The final walk through when picking up my new RV was fun and informative. The woman, Tani, who, showed me all the functions and features of my new RV was delightful, answered all my questions and made sure everything was ready and working properly. I highly recommend La Mesa RV to anyone looking to buy or trade an RV.

The service department here damaged my brand new generator and have denied the damage and refuse to do anything to fix the problem, they performed a warranty repair on my new generator, the carburetor failed causing the crankcase to be filled with gasoline, contaminating the oil, the service department changed the carburetor and drained the excess oil and fuel from the crankcase to the proper level and then ran my generator under a full load for 8 hours with the contaminated oil in the crankcase causing damage to the engine bearings, now my new generator burns a quart of oil after every 30 hours. The oil change was covered under the warranty repair and they refused to do the oil change resulting in a brand new generator that burns oil out of control and a diminished life expectancy of my generator
