We had a flat roof replaced by Mayo Roofing 2 years ago via a referral from our solar salesman. The price was reasonable. However, we have had major leaking issues. The roof came with a 10 year warranty. They were out at least two times (I believe it was three or more) to repair the leaks. They kept insisting the leaking was caused by an improper roofing installation of the primary roof on our house. I explained over and over that the roof that was replaced had been there 15 years and the main house roof hadn't been replaced during that time or since he replaced the roof 2 years ago. And we never had any leaks in that room prior to the roof installation done by his company. We have had a roofing company out who said that the repairs done by Mayo Roofing are only temporary. Unfortunately, he is getting out of the roofing business. So now I am getting estimates from other roofing contractors to either replace or repair the roof. **Update apparently the gentleman we have been working with Tom is not the business owner. I was able to contact the owner directly today and he was unaware of our situation. He is supposed to come out in person to evaluate the roof. Will change review if issue is resolved .
