WORST FATHERS DAY EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The server was totally inexperienced. We tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. He kept trying to make us share our meals, which we did not want to do. We had to tell him at least THREE times we what we wanted. THREE out of our 6 orders were WRONG. The server told us the WRONG specials so our orders were totally messed up. (We arrived at 5pm and they weren't busy at all, so thats not an excuse) Diners next to us, who arrived 30 minutes after us, ate, had desert and finished before we even received our food. They also order the whole lobster with the table side cracking of the lobster, WE DID NOT RECEIVE THIS SERVICE. They also received the lobster bibs the palm offers, WE DID NOT. Once receiving our appetizers, we had plates that were left on the table for an extremely long period of time. We sat there with EMPTY drinking glasses, and when someone finally came to fill our drinks, they gave us the WRONG drinks. (They also told us they were not serving margaritas because they didnt have a blender, when only a few weeks before we had order margaritas - that experience a couple weeks ago was good) So, when once our food arrived. My mothers plate was WRONG. My fathers meat was cooked completely UNDERCOOKED. We had to send 3 plates back to the kitchen. My father went to complain to the hostess, she came to the table to apologize for the mistakes. BUT, she began to rub my father all over his shoulders. TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE in front of my ENTIRE FAMILY. She came back again, with a new plate for my mother and said while rubbing my fathers shoulders AGAIN, she told my mother " your husband knows where to find me" ....... The whole experience was completely HORRIBLE, we left the restaurant without eating.

Very good steak, tried the fillet and boneless ribeye. Expect to spend a minimum of $40 for steak only. Excellent staff and service if you want that in a meal.

Way way way overpriced for what it is, a steak house!
