When I got tested for the antibody, the Genalyte staff informed me that I would have my test results back within 2-3 days. It has been 6 days, and I have not received back their response/result. Also, on the 4th day after my test, I asked them, and they assured my that I would get it by the COB that day, which that never happened. Looks like they are in dis-array at their offices, and confused. This is what they said on their latest email to me giving me the run around: "... We take pride in our ability to return results within 24-48 hours, however, we are currently validating our test with a larger number of samples and redesigning our result report with more detailed analysis, which has created a delay in the release of your test result. We want to assure you this is a normal process. We have not lost your test sample and we have encountered no issues in the testing process. There is no additional action required on your part and we expect test results to be delivered by the end of the week at the latest. Once again, we apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused..." Wow.!!!
