Gary Cooper is excellent! He is not the typical realtor that will try to make the easiest sell for the most money. He is a realtor that will make it easy for the seller to sell, without breaking the seller's bank for appealing purposes. He is extremely knowledgeable and has connections you wouldn't think a realtor would have. He's an honest and straightforward gentleman that will turn you into a real by the time you finish working with him. He is aware of all of the rates and market activity.
