Julianne is hands down the best realtor-especially when the sale turns complex. She navigated thru legal issues that arose with ease, calm, grace under pressure. She definitely was one step ahead of the game with a Plan B if need be and I appreciate someone who thinks like me. She represented me for a second home in CA. I’ve never met her but she made me feel comfortable, secure in my decision to use her. You can’t go wrong with hiring Julianne and her team.
