Having spent many years in the real estate business as a broker (primarily commercial/investment) AND a client, it's fairly easy for me to determine a quality experience. I require accurate information, excellent follow through, regular update communication during the process and a seamless transaction which results in MY needs being met, not just the agent's or the counter-party. Tom and his team provided exactly what they stated which resulted in a "no surprises" totally satisfactory experience. I would highly recommend them to buyers and sellers who have similar demanding standards for performance and ethics.

I bought a house in San Diego with Tom Dunlap and sold a house in San Diego with Tom and bought our retirement home in the Inland Empire with Tom's help. He made the process seamless, secure and easy. Additionally his advice all through the transactional processes and there were many, was invaluable. I can honestly say that we received the best of the buying and selling process, and I would not enter into any real estate with out Tom Dunlap, either buying or selling or investing.

I did a very thorough search before selecting him to help us to sell our San Diego property. And I am very happy that I did. Tom explained the process clearly, updated us on a regular basis about the status of the negotiations and the sale. Tom took care of all the documentation very efficiently. Tom acted as if he was a part of our family, helping with everything we needed to do with the house, because we were out of state. A 10 day closing on the 31 of December was a result of his diligent work.
