I looked through Yelp and read the reviews for Michael's service as an appraiser. He was prompt in answering my call. We chatted briefly about his appraisal service. I find Michael to be professional, courteous, and responsive. He texted me to coordinate a date to view my property. Meeting was timely, prompt, and efficient. His 20+ years of working in the industry speaks to Michael's efficiency and professionalism. I highly recommend his service!

My husband and I just bought our property through Michael. We have dealt with many realtors during our long quest to find our house, and Michael was by far the most professional, reliable person we worked through. He was always very responsive and available. He was extremely knowledgeable about every part of the process and was able to recommend contractors, electricians, roofers, inspectors, etc. Michael was an absolutely asset to have on our team. On top of it all, hes a genuinely nice person and pleasure to be around. We truly could not recommend him enough.
