Brent was extremely helpful in assisting my husband and I in purchasing our first home. As first time homebuyers, we naturally had reservations about buying our first home. Brent was thorough in walking us through each step of the process and never made us feel like we were burdening him with questions. Furthermore, at one point we had to back out of the entire process to accumulate more savings, Brent never pressured us to make a decision that wasn't in our best interest. He stayed in touch with us and 9 months later we were ready. When we finally put the bid on our dream house, he continued to assure that we were getting what was best for us and our budget. We sold our home in San Elijo Hills in 2012. Brent had been persistent in keeping in touch, but not pushy, and when we were ready to sell he called us before we called anyone. He came in well prepared with what resources and services he had, and knew the buyers market well enough to show and get an offer in less than a week after meeting with him. He was easy to reach and responded quickly to our questions. Couldn’t ask for better and would definitely use him again to buy or sell.

I bought my house in 2011 and sold it recently with Brent as my agent both times. Brent has been a thorough professional and meticulous in his approach without being pushy. After we inherited my mother's Scripps Ranch condo, Brent helped us sell it. We chose to interview Brent after we reviewed his previous listings on Zillow and were impressed with the photography. Brent was very knowledgable about selling real estate in general as well as knowledgeable about the complex in which our condominium was located. His use of technology, particularly virtual staging, helped sell the condo within days of its listing and for over the asking price. Brent knows his way around the paperwork and is particularly savvy in negotiations. My daughter is now using him to sell her house.
