This is my 2nd refinance with Jon Rozansky, he is knowledgeable, honest, very trustworthy and fast!  I was concerned I would need to do some improvements to my home prior to an appraisal, but Jonathan got me an appraisal waiver, saving me money and time from scheduling with an appraiser.  He searched his lenders to find me the rate I wanted and my refinance closed escrow in 11 days with a 30 year rate was in the 2's.  Jonathan's professionalism and communication was great, he always answered my call or texted he would return the call if he was in a meeting. His extremely hard work and diligence for his clients is unmatched.  I will recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.

Hold on to your seats ladies and gentlemen as this may be a long one! We reached out to Jonathan towards the end of last year in order to do a refinance that was both complicated and for a relatively small amount. Despite these two factors, he treated us with 100% professionalism and worked his tail off in order to get this deal done! From the moment that I first contacted him through the Yelp app, to even beyond the time the deal was closed, he has been a pleasure to work with. He is honest, upfront, and doesn't sell or peddle any fluff. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of purchasing/refinancing. I was originally going to use my VA Loan but he advised me to use conventional financing as the rates are (or at least were at the time of our inquiry) super low. We ended up getting a lower rate going conventional than what we would have got if I had done VA! The amount of communication and diligence on his part is most likely unparalleled. He was on the ball consistently and never let us down. He pursued lower rates aggressively, and worked around the schedule of my wife and I which is pretty hectic to say the least. He was available at almost all hours to communicate and help us move forward in the process. We ended up closing the refinance several weeks ago and I could not be happier to review and endorse Jonathan for your home purchasing/refinancing needs. He answered hundreds if not thousands of communications and worked hard till the deal was finished. Excellent work ethic, character, and great guy overall. So I want to start off by saying Jon is a real mentch. He is honest and he worked really hard for me to get the best price he could. The fact that he made me feel like I was his number one client even though I was only looking into a small deal was really nice.
