Cindy Davis was clearly the most dedicated realtor I have ever worked with. She was always available and willing to take me out, no matter how far, to visit more properties. She was also extremely talented at locating new properties that fit my needs and desires to show me. Within just 2 weeks I was able to choose a property that was perfect for me to move into. I would definitely recommend Cindy to anyone needing a realtor to either buy or sell. Fantastic!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience from start to finish having Cindy as my Realtor for selling my home. She was very attentive and responsive to my needs. She was always easy to get in contact with. She listened to me and gave me advice but wasn't pushy. She was knowledgeable. She was always willing to help when I needed anything. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would use her services again and I would highly recommend her to others.

I worked with Cindy to buy a property in a specific area and Cindy was a great and trusted advisor to me. She helped me understand the market and guided me through the entire buying process. I really liked that Cindy is very current on all available technologies; she would email me the properties available, comparables and all other data that I needed to make a decision. She would then arrange for property showing, guided me the process of submitting an offer and eventually escrow, disclosures, home inspection, etc, etc. I really valued that Cindy was fully dedicated to making my purchase a smooth one and I liked that I could review, sign and submit all the documents electronically. It was really easy. Cindy is an excellent real estate agent and I plan to hire her again if I decide to sell my house or buy another property.

Cindy has helped me buy a home and a rental property. She also helped my mom find her home. I would not work with anyone else! Cindy is a great listener and really is able to identify what you are looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable about all areas of real estate. She also knows the San Diego County neighborhoods very well. When you work with Cindy, you do not feel as if she is trying to sell you something just to get a commission - she genuinely wants you to be happy with your purchase. She is also extremely patient. My mom was a very picky buyer, and Cindy took her to countless properties before finding one that my mom finally loved. She also goes the extra mile. I hoped to live in a particular neighborhood, and Cindy went door to door and found a house that was not yet on the market. If it had not been for Cindy, I would not have ended up in the great neighborhood that I live in. I cannot recommend Cindy highly enough!
