Dr. Pepper I will say is kind of a mess herself, I've seen her 4 times 2 of which she was late for or a complete no show. Living in California you know traffic gets bad there isn't any reason to be late especially since she had me wait for her in the room while she listened to her messages! Making my scheduled appointment start over 20 minutes late! When she needed to cancel an appointment she used a private number, didn't leave a voice mail and only called once! While I was waiting outside leaving her messages, she finally called me and said she tried to get a hold of me to cancel, when you try to get a hold of someone you LEAVE a message or at least call using a number that can be called back which she didn't. She also has therapy dogs, that bark at you constantly, smell, and even leave a greasy residue on your hands... I would never ever recommend this practice to ANYONE it's completely unprofessional
