BEWARE Called in to get information and Dr.Ellen was super rude over the phone. Any question I asked Dr. Ellen made me feel like an idiot she kept saying "if you had looked at my website." The tone of voice Dr.Ellen used was super unprofessional! At the end I said "I'm good" because after speaking to her for one minute over the phone I HAD ENOUGH and she continued to be rude and clicked the call. You'd think that she'd be kinder when someone inquiring on information about a serious issue and will be paying out of pocket.

Simply the worst interaction I've ever had in my life with anyone. This woman needs counseling herself! She has no patience she is very rude very controlling in any situation to the point where she doesn't even let you say what you have to say! How anybody can trust or higher this person is beyond me.  Save your money hire a true expert... run for your life.

This is one of the angriest "doctors" that you would ever want to meet. My very first experience with her was her screaming and belittling me on one of the worst days I ever had in my life, which had nothing to do with her. She did this in front of someone else I did not know. She is not a nice person at all.
