Does not act in a timely manner. For example the Republic strike and the Superior Mix suit. The latter had been ongoing for over a year before it ever got attention. For over $193 monthly one might have hoped for better. ($113 monthly when we moved in. About a 6% annual cost increase.) Gross mismanagement is obvious in the over four year fiasco relative to land collapse at the end of the street. A zero star option not being an option, I am forced to flatter with one star.

Terrible HOA property management, the very worst I have dealt with. As a 17 years of being a real esta agent and investor, I have wide experience in dealing with multiple HOA companies managements, N.N. Jaeschke is the worst of the worst. Awful customer service, and be aware of "ghost fees" I gave them one star only to be able to post this, otherwise for sure I would give them a MINUS 100 -- just the worst
