Chateau De Ville

The tenant at 4490 Collwood Blvd San Diego, CA 92115 Shalom Soriano she is the worst tenant I have dealt with. She is unprofessional, rude, and our issues with our apartment never gets handled. The parking lot and the outside is trashy, it never gets clean. All in all I do not like these apartments and I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

Just moved in from out the state and Shalom has been nothing but helpful from application process to repairs.

Just moved in but so far everything looks good. Manager is very friendly and accessible.

I"ve lived at this complex for over 5 years (changed apartments once due to being able to afford to get rid of a roommate and go solo). The management has improved. There are some minor hiccups such as limited parking, but the manager is working on improving laundry services and cleanliness of the complex. Neighbors are pretty friendly and tend to be very safe. The manager (Maria) is very invested in making the residents' living experience a good one, which is absolutely wonderful. She stays in good communication with residents about any interruptions and is open to all feedback. Overall a good place to live.
