Terrible business. They promise a delivery date and fail to meet it. We were suppose to have custom bags delivered today May3rd, just shipped today. Won't have them until May 8, UPS ground. Will not be here and at the event that we ordered them from. Customer Service is based in Jamaica and barely speak English. Had to hit them with a charge back because they refused to expedite after telling them I would have them by my need date.

I've wanted to like this company because they offer perhaps the largest variety of pens of any of the imprint companies. Their quality control and service however, are atrocious. My first order of 150 plastic pens came with about 10% that were a combination of pre-broken and never-assembled. About 10% of the order went into the trash. My second order included 50 metal, mechanical pencils. Some 16 of them were not imprinted, so I paid for 50 and got 34 or so that were usable. The rest went to the trash. Also in my second order were 50 pens that I ordered in black print on gold, and received garishly large white print on gold. Off brand coloring. Looked ugly. Useless. The whole lot went directly into the trash. I did call about the gold pens. Got a competent lady who understood precisely what I was after. She sent me two samples and promised a free reorder after I had decided which to run with. I was very happy with her service, but when I called back to order I was told no one by that name worked at National Pen. Last month I received a sample pen that sparked an idea, so I emailed National Pen some photos of their sample, asking them to let me know specifically which model pen it was. Their response? They didn't know what pen it was and told me to look for it on their website. Unbelievable. Despite wanting to like this company, I feel close to zero confidence that I could place an order and get anything resembling what it is that I want.

We had a fundraising event we needed flashlights for everyone in the audience to help make a point. We also wanted pens so I found National Pen had a good looking pen w/ flashlight so I took a chance. We were only two weeks out from our event so I didn't have time to receive a sample and took a risk and ordered them. There was a lot more back and forth and confirmation than I was thinking was necessary but in the end National Pen took care of us. I let them know if the pens didn't get here in time for the event then we wouldn't need them. They put them right through production after I signed off on the final proof and had them to us in a couple of days and almost a week early for our event. Everyone has been extremely pleased with the quality of these pens. Thank you National Pen!

Do not order from this company. I sent them a product approval email and when I called to check on the status of it one week away from a conference, they said that the design was never approved. Therefore had never started production or shipped them yet. Now the product wont be at the conference in time.

Shouldn't even get 1 star. Dealing with this as we speak. They double invoiced me on some pens. 2 different invoices. One paid (the one I actually ordered and received), and they have the other invoice in collections. Every single time I try to get this resolved I am on hold for at least an hour (until I finally hang up), or they pick up and hang up on me. So they made an invoice for pens I never ordered or received, and sent it to collections. I don't even have a charge account with them. Horrible experience and service.
