Diamond Environmental Services LP

I facilitate a site with restricted access- East Mesa Juvenile Detention/ George F. Bailey Detention. I am not the direct client but i do work with them regularly. I know the time and business for which all, on the construction site are required and permitted. My dealings with the employee by the name of "Jeremy" the past few months has proved to me that "Diamond Envoirnmental" is professional and a accommodating company. Without fail, there has NOT been a time where we requested assistance or services that had been delayed or an issue. I would imagine the expectation of other associates/colleagues within this company be mimicked, as demonstrated by Jeremy's work ethic.

These people do not care about maintaining the cleanliness of their porta potties, and the customer service is terrible.

Silvio performed pumping and inspection on my parents house in Fallbrook when we listed it for sale. He was friendly, took appropriate Covid precautions and his driving skills getting up their narrow horse shoe driveway was amazing to watch. It is extremely narrow and he didn’t even touch a tree or shrub!

We used Diamond Environmental services for our job sites. 1st we were told clean service would be preformed weekly . The 1st week came and no one showed up to clean the port a potty as scheduled . After calling i was told our cleaning days have changed and no one would be coming to clean the port a potty for a few more days. The port a potty already smells horrible and Diamond was not going to come clean until the new schedule cleaning day. After a few more days someone does come to clean , however the port a potty now smells worst then before they cleaned. With Covid -19 I expected a more sanitary solution. I wont be calling Diamond again
