Anthony is an absolute lifesaver! A real honest and skilled plumber who cares about helping you out.
I accidentally dropped my engagement ring down the shower drain at 10 pm on a Saturday. Over the phone, Anthony gave me clear information about what he’d do to retrieve it, how much he would charge, and when he’d be able to get to my (in laws) house.
Anthony arrived promptly and was able to retrieve the ring! He explained everything he was doing. He used a method that didn’t damage our pipes at all which I really appreciate!

I recently discovered that we needed a new water heater as we are planning to upgrade our bathroom. So, I called this company and was able to get an appointment the very same day. They gave us a very reasonable quote and quickly began water heater installation. Their professional answered all questions and completed the job to our satisfaction. Called yesterday around 7PM since there are MANY great reviews. A women answered the phone and I asked for assistance for our kitchen sink that's clogged. The typical drain-o/hot water trick did not work. She asked me where I was located and if we wanted someone to come out that day or the next. I told her tonight and she said ok, let me confirm your phone number and I'll call you back in 5 minutes. I wasn't going to hold her to that time frame but a call back within the hour would have been nice. We are now a full day after and never recieved a call back. I'll give my money to a company that wants it. Bye!
