Good program, particularly for "older" clients---not looking to grow a 6 pack, but improve and stablize what they've spent years to get to.

Personalized service, highly skilled trainers, friendly environment. I have been working out at Fitnees Together in Mission Hills for about 3 years now and have seen definite improvements in my strength and balance. These are workouts I always look forward to going to and doing. Highly recommend.

I've been coming to Fitness Together every week for 4 years. The personal training has been wonderful, or I would never have continued. I am 74 years old, and in very good physical shape even though I had a serious heart attack only 5 years ago. The personal training at Fitness is tailored to your own physical issues unlike so many programs such yoga classes where the trainer is guessing what would be best for some of the clients. I get a total body strength-training, and every moment of the 45 minute class is strenuous but also perfectly adapted to my own situation. Plus, every class - and I have had perhaps 200 of them - is different, so it is never boring. Blake, the owner of Fitness Together and his wife have created a very positive vibe, so the moment you enter, you feel welcome and ready to get to work.
