image John, OMG welcome to SD!!!! We cannot be more excited that you have made the move to our side of town!! We will be there regularly, for SURE!!! Our story with awesome John began like this: We LOVE this guy...literally hands down the BEST!!
My hubby and I decided to do a Pilates and try out TRX classes while we were in SF on vacation. We booked a private session with John for Pilates at first and OMG, we were immediately in love!!! He is so ridiculously intense and creative. He worked us over so well that we decided at the end to book him for our TRX classes. Turns out we were so amazed and he worked us out so hard in the TRX class as well that we ended up doing 5 classes ( 2 Pilates and 3 TRX) with him before heading back to Los Angeles. As painful and kick butt as his sessions were it was so hard to say good bye to John. He truly loves what he does and is such a perfectionist. He is in phenomenal shape and that is a definite plus for us. John, we will definitely will be booking private sessions with you on our next vacation. You're the BEST!! S&R. Read less.

image I have been getting personal training sessions with the owner, Jon, since January 2014. I was introduced to Jon by a client who had worked out with him previously, and could not speak highly enough of their experience. So, when I was finally ready to get serious about my health, the first person I called was Jon.
Jonn met me and developed a "plan of action" from the varied workouts to suggestions for different kinds of foods that would be best for fat burning. We do a combination of weight training and pilates as well as outdoor activities. I have noticed a significant difference in how my clothes fit and have a higher level of motivation towards working out.
If you are thinking of getting into shape and do not want (or are not comfortable) taking classes, then, you might want to consider working with Jon first.

image I just had my first session with Jon and it was fantastic! Before we started my workout he did muscle testing and muscle activating excercises for me, which I really appreciated. He was very mindful of my injuries, but still pushed me to my edge (safely). He is super knowledgeable and experienced, I highly recommend Jon for any and every fitness level!

image Jon is the best personal trainer you could hope for. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient and mixes in a lot of really cool exercises. Also, he intuitively knows when to ramp down or ramp up pace in a session based on your performance that day, which is incredibly valuable. I trained with Jon for 1.5 years, 2-3 times per week, ending in December 2018. I cant wait to work out with Jon in SD when Im in the area!!!!!!!!!
