I highly recommend Dan (Schneiderman) if you need a lawyer for legal matters. He represented my elderly mother in a civil suit against an unscrupulous individual regarding a debt. He did a great job managing the case. Ultimately, you want a lawyer who is smart, knows the law well, and is adept at applying the law to the specific issues at hand.
