I want to express my sincerest thanks and appreciation to Pro-Tech for a job well done. Pro-Tech handled our building improvement project from painting to metal work to deck resurfacing. I know it can't be easy working with a HOA. Chris and Jacob were so professional, kind and incredibly patient with us. They were great at working with us to come up with solutions as unexpected issues came up. The building looks wonderful and I am very happy to have worked with Pro-Tech!

I had an issue with some of the work being done, so I called Jacob, the project coordinator. He said that he would clear the schedule for his "lead carpenter" and have him come by at 2:00. By 4:00 nobody had showed up nor alhad they even called. I called Jacob back to see what happened. He said he'd call his lead carpenter and get back to me. After an hour I called Jacob again and he said he'd check on it and call me right back. Once again, nothing. By 2:00 the next day, I hadn't heard from anyone regarding this issue. Once again I called Jacob but he didn't answer... I left a voice mail, but after waiting another two hours, NOTHING!
